Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Return Process
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Requests to return a product will be evaluated on a case by case basis. If the boat has not been used and Great Lakes Watercraft Canada agrees to the return, the customer will be responsible to ship the product back to the Great Lakes Watercraft Canada warehouse. Once the boat is recieved and inspected for damage a refund will be intiated. Damaged products, or products that can not be easily readied for resale will not be accepted.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at admin@greatlakeswatercraft.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
If a refund is issued, the money will be returned based on your initial method of payement minus a 10% rescocking fee.
